​ARTISTIC SERVICES AGREEMENT

​1. Scope of Work

​Lost Soul Art, LLC (the "Company") agrees to perform the following services (check all that apply):

​[ ] Commissioned Portraiture: Custom fine art portrait. ​

[ ] Interior Mural: Custom hand-painted mural.

​[ ] Storefront Installation: Window painting or commercial branding.

​2. Payment Terms

​Retainer: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the production calendar. No work shall commence until this deposit is received.

​Final Payment: The remaining 70% balance is due immediately upon completion of on-site work (murals/windows) or prior to the shipment/delivery of studio pieces (portraits). ​

Payment Method: All payments must be made payable to Lost Soul Art, LLC.

​3. Model & Media Release

​The Client hereby grants Lost Soul Art, LLC the right to take photographs or videos of the artwork (including its installation in the Client’s home or business) for use in the Company’s portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.

​Note: If the work is a portrait of a person, the Artist will seek verbal approval before posting to ensure privacy.

​4. Limited Liability

​The Client agrees that the total liability of the Company for any claim or damage shall be limited to the total amount of fees paid by the Client under this agreement. Roberto Cisneros shall not be held personally liable for any company obligations.
